Privacy at HAVERMA.

Controller and contact

The controller is Sébastien Hagen, trading as Hagen Versandmaterial (HAVERMA), Steinstrasse 66, 8106 Adlikon bei Regensdorf, Switzerland. Send privacy questions and requests concerning your data to s.hagen@haverma.ch.

Website and technical security

The website runs on our own server at our business address in Switzerland. During visits, technical connection data such as your IP address, requested address and time are processed to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. Security and error logs support operations, troubleshooting and incident investigation. We do not guarantee that all data is processed exclusively in Switzerland.

Our forms use time-limited single-use tokens and limits on repeated submissions. Temporary rate counters use hashed identifiers derived from the email address or IP address; the counters do not contain messages. The token store is retained for up to 24 hours and rate counters for 15 minutes.

Contact enquiries

The contact form processes your name, email address, subject and message. Company and order number are optional. The information is used to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform a business transaction. Messages are emailed to HAVERMA; our own form does not create an additional WordPress table containing enquiry messages.

We delete enquiries twelve months after they have been resolved, unless a legal retention duty or ongoing dispute requires longer retention. This deletion is manual.

B5 interest and notifications

For a non-binding B5 expression of interest, we process your email address and approximate monthly or annual demand. The annual estimate helps us assess demand. You expressly confirm any request for launch information. The separate one-off notification when the B5 pre-order offer opens requires your email address and consent. These messages are managed in our business mailbox with their date and consent wording.

A product availability subscription is associated with the chosen variant in WordPress. We process your email address, product selection, subscription date, status and language. A subscription is neither an order nor a subscription to a general newsletter.

You may withdraw a notification request at any time by emailing s.hagen@haverma.ch. Please identify the notification concerned. We delete subscriptions after sending the requested notification or withdrawal, and no later than 24 months without a notification. Completed product waiting-list entries are cleared using the enabled automatic deletion function; pending subscriptions and mailbox records are checked and deleted manually.

Orders and customer accounts

The product catalogue is publicly accessible. Customer orders and payments are currently blocked. The following information describes the processing prepared for future ordering. For orders, it processes contact, delivery and billing details, selected items and quantities, prices, taxes, discount codes, and order, payment and shipping statuses. A telephone number or alternative sender is processed if you provide one. A customer account is not required.

An optional account also involves the information needed for login and account management. Order and account data are held on our own server. Accounting records and invoices are generally retained for ten years from the end of the relevant financial year; further statutory duties remain reserved.

Delivery and payment

Names, sender and delivery addresses and shipment details needed for delivery are disclosed to Swiss Post. If a parcel label is created through tutti.ch, the necessary shipping information is also processed by SMG Swiss Marketplace Group AG, the operator of tutti.ch. For direct deliveries, we process the recipient and sender details supplied by the buyer to perform the requested delivery.

For advance payment by bank transfer, we process information needed to match the incoming payment and its status. You do not enter online banking credentials in the shop. Card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay and TWINT are not yet enabled. This notice will be updated with the payment services actually used before they are enabled.

Email delivery through Brevo

We use Brevo for contact, order and notification emails. Under the terms reviewed, the contracting entity for Swiss customers is Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement forms part of the contractual documents held in the account. Brevo identifies hosting locations in France, Germany and Belgium.

The provider’s documents provide for further infrastructure and support providers and possible access from abroad, particularly the United States and India. Depending on the recipient, they describe adequacy arrangements, standard contractual clauses and other safeguards. EU hosting therefore does not guarantee access exclusively from the EU. See the data processing agreement and subprocessor list in Brevo’s terms.

Under the verified account settings, transactional delivery logs are retained for one month and no content previews are stored for new emails. Opening and click events for future transactional emails are analysed anonymously and are not attributed to individual recipients. Event counting is therefore not completely disabled. Retention in the HAVERMA mailbox follows the purposes and periods described above.

Language, cookies and browser storage

Language selection considers your browser preference and manual choice. Your chosen language code and selection date are stored locally and taken into account for one year. A session entry prevents repeated automatic redirects. The shop also uses the hvm_shop_language cookie for one year. No external translation service is called.

WooCommerce uses functional cookies to associate and update the basket, including session entries and a session key normally lasting two days. Logging in also requires WordPress login cookies. You can delete or restrict cookies and local website data in your browser; this may restrict language selection, login and basket functions.

Retention and your requests

Other personal data is retained only as long as necessary for its purpose, statutory duties or the clarification of claims and security incidents. The periods stated for contact enquiries and notifications remain applicable.

You may contact HAVERMA to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or withdrawal of a notification request. Statutory conditions and conflicting retention duties remain reserved. Proportionate information to verify your identity may be required to process your request.
