Who can order from HAVERMA?
HAVERMA is exclusively for business buyers: individuals and legal entities acting with the intention of making a profit. This includes sole proprietors, one-person businesses and new or part-time sellers.
Does my business need a commercial register entry?
No. A commercial register entry is not generally required to access purchasing.
Is a UID required?
A Swiss business identification number (UID) is not generally required to access purchasing. No prior reseller checks or approval are planned.
Do I need to create a customer account?
No. You can order without a mandatory customer account.
How are prices calculated?
Same quantity. Same price. The price depends on the order, not customer status, business size or negotiating skills.
Do I need to order regularly?
No. There is no ongoing purchase commitment, minimum turnover over a period or obligation to place follow-up orders. Both one-off and recurring orders are welcome.
Can I resell the goods?
Yes. HAVERMA also serves business resellers. No special reseller approval is required.
Which prices are displayed?
After you select a quantity, the product page shows the net price per piece, total net goods price, net transport cost, VAT and gross total for one sales unit. For multiple units, the cart recalculates combined shipping by total weight. Catalogue prices exclude VAT and transport; the payable total including VAT and shipping is shown before you place your order.
What quantity can I order?
Select the available quantity directly on the product page. The price applies to that selection. For all quantities other than pallets, the number of orderable items is limited to one.
Is unbranded direct shipping available?
Unbranded direct shipping to your customers is a planned supply model. To agree arrangements, tell us the products, quantities and process you need.
How do I report a complaint or defect?
Tell us the affected product, quantity and issue. The order number and clear photographs help us identify the case.
When will my order be dispatched?
In-stock goods are dispatched within one working day after full payment, using Swiss Post PostPac Economy. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Transport above 30 kg or for pallets is agreed individually.
How does advance payment work?
Transfer the full amount in CHF, using your order number as the payment reference. Advance bank-transfer orders are cancelled if payment has not been received within ten days of ordering.
