Ordering and delivery terms.

Version dated 24 October 2026. These terms apply to regular HAVERMA webshop orders. Separate agreements will apply to the B5 pre-order offer, which remains closed.

Seller and business buyers

The seller is Sébastien Hagen, trading as Hagen Versandmaterial (HAVERMA), Steinstrasse 66, 8106 Adlikon bei Regensdorf, Switzerland. Contact: s.hagen@haverma.ch. VAT number: CHE-321.083.364 MWST.

The offer is exclusively for buyers ordering for their commercial activity with the intention of making a profit. A customer account, prior reseller approval or commercial-register entry is not required to buy.

Items, quantities and prices

Select the quantity on the product page. One sales unit of the selected quantity may be ordered once per order; pallets are exempt from this limit. Availability is shown for each item.

All amounts are in Swiss francs (CHF). After you select a quantity, the product page shows the net price per piece, total net goods price, net transport cost, VAT and gross total for one sales unit. Catalogue prices exclude VAT and transport. For multiple units, the cart recalculates combined shipping by total weight. The payable total including VAT and shipping is shown before you submit your order.

Ordering and conclusion of the contract

Select items and quantities, add them to your cart and check quantities and prices. At checkout, enter your contact, delivery and billing details and select the payment method offered. You can correct your entries or return to the cart before submitting.

The order button with an obligation to pay submits a binding order. The contract is concluded with HAVERMA’s automatic order confirmation by email. Please check your email address before submitting.

Advance payment by bank transfer

Transfer the full invoice amount in CHF to the account provided in the order confirmation, using the order number as the payment reference. Goods are dispatched after full payment. Advance bank-transfer orders are cancelled if payment has not been received within ten days of ordering.

Delivery and transport

Delivery is within Switzerland. In-stock goods are dispatched within one working day after full payment, using Swiss Post PostPac Economy. Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch; this is not a guaranteed delivery period.

Shipping is calculated by the combined shipment weight and displayed before ordering. Transport above 30 kg or for pallets must be agreed individually; no automatic parcel rate is offered.

Resale and direct shipping

For deliveries to your customers, you can enter your preferred sender at checkout. Use your customer’s delivery address; the billing address remains your own. HAVERMA checks alternative sender details before dispatch. Please agree any special requirements for neutral shipping with HAVERMA in advance.

Complaints and defects

For incorrect deliveries, damaged goods or defects, contact HAVERMA with the order number, item, affected quantity and a description of the problem. Clear images help resolve the matter. Statutory rights under Swiss law remain unaffected. No general voluntary right to return fault-free goods is offered.

B5 product development

The separate B5 pre-order offer concerns a product in development. Its provisional calculation is neither a regular shop price nor a definitively approved introductory price. The offer remains closed until the conditions stated on the project page have been met.
